Will Rayward-Smith

Will is a partner at Deloitte and is driven to accelerate the clean energy transition. Will has a history of successfully pioneering new approaches in renewable energy. He piloted some of the very first pay-go home solar systems in East Africa. Later he founded SunSHIFT, delivering Australia’s first integration of solar with an off-grid gas power plant – at the South32 Cannington mine – and transforming how remote mines are now powered. As a partner at Deloitte, Will works across both private and public sectors and supports clients – many of whom are in the room today – to navigate the clean energy transition, develop new approaches and unlock the significant opportunities the transition presents.
