With over 18 years of experience in information and cyber security technology and human resources, Awadh Al Mur is a seasoned professional who holds a dual role as the Chief Happiness Officer and the Human Resources Director at the Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulation (FANR). He is a certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), as well as a certified business continuity and incident response manager (CBCI and IRCM).
Awadh's mission is to create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes employee well-being, engagement, and satisfaction. He works to foster a culture of positivity, collaboration, and growth, and implements programs and initiatives that support the mental, emotional, and physical health of employees. He also serves as a liaison between management and employees, advocating for employee needs and concerns, and working to create an inclusive and supportive workplace culture. Additionally, he leads the strategic HR initiatives and operations of FANR, aligning them with the organisation's goals and objectives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. He also oversees the security policies, procedures, and standards of FANR, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organisation's sensitive information and systems. He has a track record of delivering results, as demonstrated by his successful projects such as the development of FANR's human resources policy and manual, compensation and benefits review, workload analysis and department mandate project, organisation restructuring, and salary scale restructuring. He is also a proud recipient of several awards and honors, including: Manager of the Year, Continuity and Resilience Newcomer 2019, MESA-CISO 100 Government Security Leaders-2019, Happiest Department for 2 years in a row, Shortlisted in MBR award in the youth category -the top 5 in the federal government.

With over two decades of expertise spanning Energy, Aviation, Maritime, Banking, Mega Events, and Retail, Fatima Alloghani stands out as a trailblazer in Emiratisation strategy. Her illustrious career includes pivotal roles at Schlumberger Oil and Gas Services, Dubai World: The Corporate Office/Nakheel, Etihad Airways, Total ABK Academy, Abu Dhabi Terminals, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and Majid Al Futtaim Group.
At the forefront of Emiratisation, Fatima has significantly advanced the UAE Government's efforts through her work. Her focus is on creating job opportunities and seamlessly integrating UAE nationals into the private sector. Notably, at Majid Al Futtaim Group, she spearheaded initiatives across seven diverse operating companies, driving towards a group target of hiring 3000 Emiratis within five years in partnership with NAFIS. During her tenure, she witnessed the successful entry of over 2000 Emiratis and introduced the first group-wide comprehensive Emiratisation strategy.
Fatima's impact extends beyond the corporate realm. At Expo 2020 Dubai, she played a pivotal role in establishing and executing Emiratisation programs, including internships, secondments, Expo Gen, inclusion initiatives (POD), knowledge transfer, and a post-event national talent legacy.
Educationally, Fatima holds a master's degree in global HR management from the University of Liverpool and is currently pursuing doctoral studies at the University of Strathclyde Business School. Her research focuses on national talent engagement and legacy creation in the context of mega projects/events.
Recognised with the "Making an Impact on Nationalisation" award at the GCC GOV HR in 2019 and named a LinkedIn Top Voice, Fatima is also a dedicated youth empowerment ambassador.
