the team and that win-win

how you're gonna do that.

Aligning the objectives

of each participant in the

in, in the collaboration.

For example, academics

want to be able to publish.

When can they do that?

Industry partners will want

to transition technology.

And, and seek investment.

When is the right time

for them to do that?

How do they protect their

IP along the patenting

portfolio scheme?

Those are the things

that need to be worked

out in your IP strategy.

Going forward, you want

nice clean chains of, of

identification of ownership.

In order to license a piece

of piece of technology,

the licensee's gonna wanna

know that they have clear

access and clear ability

to use and exploit that ip.

So your intellectual property

strategy needs to be able to

encapsulate that, that will

think that open, honest,

acting with integrity
