Prior to Perx Health, Hugo worked at McKinsey & Co where he advised leading retail, financial services and electronic gaming companies in Australia and Asia on consumer engagement, loyalty and digital products. Hugo resides in Sydney with his wife and his cat, where he enjoys escaping to nature, surfing his local beaches, and applying behavioural science to his everyday struggles.
