Charlotte is an engineering and leadership professional delivering a technical, complex and safety-critical multi-million-dollar portfolio within the rail industry. Charlotte has over 12 years of experience in the industry, a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Business Law. Previously recognized by the United Nations Associations of Australia (UNAA) WA for her work in gender diversity and by Women in Technology Western Australia Award (WiTWA) for her impact on the industry and her community, Charlotte is determined to make a difference. Charlotte is on the Executive Committee for the UNAA WA as the Young Professionals Convenor where she aims to empower and build the skills of young professionals to achieve the United Nations Mission.

Mark is the Chief technology Officer at 4AI Systems and General Manager of Communications and Electronics at 4Tel. Mark has been with 4Tel since 2004 and 4AI Systems since 2021 and is responsible for the delivery of strategy, R&D, major projects, customer management, and managing subdivisional teams. Mark has been involved in the rail industry for 20 years and whilst at 4Tel and 4AI Systems has recently led the delivery of the Rio Tinto HORUS AI trial in the Pilbara and the Transit Tech Lab Signalling Challenge on the New York Subway. Other projects of note have been Transdev Sydney Ferries, TATA Chemicals Magadi Ltd, Newcastle Light Rail, Transport for NSW Port Botany OPMS, and V/Line passenger information system to name a few. Prior to 4Tel/4AI Systems, Mark spent 14 years in the Royal Australian Airforce.

Ksenija is a track and civil engineer from a family that has been in the railway industry for nearly 100 years (her grandfather, father, her and now her son). She has started her career in Croatian Railways as a Graduate Engineer, continuing as a Track Maintenance Engineer prior moving to Australia. She has worked on some of the biggest metro and heavy haul rail projects in Western Australia ie design and construction of Mandurah line, duplication projects for Fortescue and Rio Tinto networks to substantially increase their capacity. She worked in consulting and mining companies in rail departments for the last 20 years. Ksenija has been active in heavy haul industry with her presence and conference papers that she presented locally and internationally. She is currently with Roy Hill in a role of Manager Engineering Civil and Mechanical where leads multi discipline engineering team with a passion of implementing technology innovations in practical applications.

Kaylyn Chandran is the Senior Integration Engineer and Chief Remote Pilot at Future Maintenance Technologies, a leader in AI and robotics maintenance technology provider in the rail industry. With an extensive background in digital systems and robotics, Kaylyn has been instrumental in integrating advanced technological solutions to improve efficiency, reliability, and safety in rail operations. As the Chief Remote Pilot at FMT, she oversees the operations of an autonomous inspection robot dedicated to the inspection of rail assets, facilities, and infrastructure. This cutting-edge robot, equipped with the latest technology and machine learning capabilities, is instrumental in identifying and assessing the conditions and defects of rail systems, thereby revolutionizing the way maintenance and safety are approached in the industry.
