Charlotte has over 12 years of experience in the industry, a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Business Law. Previously recognized by the United Nations Associations of Australia (UNAA) WA for her work in gender diversity and by Women in Technology Western Australia Award (WiTWA) for her impact on the industry and her community, Charlotte is determined to make a difference. Charlotte is on the Executive Committee for the UNAA WA as the Young Professionals Convenor where she aims to empower and build the skills of young professionals to achieve the United Nations Mission.

Matt has over 35 years of experience working and living Asia and the Middle East for most of his career. He has gained significant experience in dealing with various cultures, customs, people and business and his entry into the industry was initially via the Oil and Gas industry where Matt initially specialised in engineering / automation controls and SCADA along with communication systems. Matt then became more involved in the management of large-scale infrastructure, and intelligent transport systems / software development projects for both rail and road. Matt is a highly capable, commercially astute and experienced Senior Manager with a strong background in project management and delivery of large-scale complex rail heavy haul, freight and metro projects from inception through to completion within Australia, South East Asia and the Middle East. Matt is passionate about, people, technology and decarbonisation and specialises in project-based delivery of major R&D / novel projects through the entire project lifecycle, where notable achievements include bringing together and building highly qualified and experienced teams to deliver high risk projects and successful outcomes.

Nicole is the Strategic Advisor to the Future of Fremantle Planning Committee charged with re-imagining the port precinct beyond its industrial life. She is the chair of Airbridge and the Malka Foundation and the Deputy Chair of the Green Building Council of Australia. She also holds Board roles with NBN Co, Green Building Council of Australia, the Child and Adolescent Health Service.
