Laurentiu Prodan is currently a Director with CVC DIF Capital Partners, an infrastructure private equity fund manager created in 2005 with €16bn of investments which has a number of core & value-add funds implementing, inter alia, “Build-to-Core” and “Buy-and-Grow” strategies with a strong pipeline of investments offering long-term contracted or regulated income streams, stable and predictable cash flows, and attractive risk-adjusted returns. The fund has recently become part of the CVC Capital Partners group – one of the world's leading private equity firms with €177bn assets under management.

Laurentiu has 12 years of experience which spans Infrastructure, TMT and Business Services, either from a buy-side and/or sell-side perspective, and over time has been involved in numerous acquisitions, disposals, debt (high yield, large capex facilities, refis) and equity offerings, IPOs and take private transactions. Laurentiu graduated with a Bachelor’s and Master of Informatics in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning degree with First Class Honours and received the Class Medal from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.
