Karim is the Managing Partner of Arthur D. Little Austria and Global Head of Functional Practices at ADL. He has 25+ years of experience with ADL in the telecommunication area, including lading the Global TIME practice for over 12 years. Prior to ADL he worked with a leading global telecom supplier. He is a driver of structural changes @ corporates, advisor of governments and institutions globally with a spirit of challenging the "status-quo" and "breakthrough innovation". Besides he is member of several expert panels and thinktanks. Karim holds an MSc, MBA and PhD (Tunisia - Lycée El Menzah V, France - Lycée JB Say/ESEM, US - UC Berkeley and Austria - TU Wien).

Svetlana is SVP in the GIC Infrastructure team, based in the London Office. Her leadership responsibilities include supervising our efforts in the European digital infrastructure sector, overseeing deal origination and execution, and representing GIC on the Board of some of our portfolio companies. He holds an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York and an engineering degree from the University of Nitra. Previously, he was a member of the management of Czech Telecom, CFO of Telefónica O2, and CEO of Slovak operator O2. In addition to the Czech Republic, CETIN Group also operates in Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia and Bulgaria.

Vincent Cuvillier is the Chief Strategy Officer of Cellnex Telecom. Previously, he was Group Business Development and Country Coordination director (201😎, Managing Director of the Cellnex France (2019) and CEO of Cellnex France Groupe (2020-2023). He was CFO of SANEF (2015-2017) and Head of M&A activities at Abertis Infraestructuras from 2008 to 2014 (2008-2014) and financial auditor at EY Luxembourg for two years. Vincent obtained a Master's degree from the IÉSEG School of Management. He is also Chairman of IÉSEG Alumni Network and Chairman of OFITEM from 2021 to 2023, the French towerco association since 2021.
