Thierry is Founder and Director of Cadogan Commodities. Cadogan Commodities is an energy commodities brokerage firm. Starting with coal products in 2014 the firm has grown to cover physical products in energies, including Green Products, Biomass, LNG. In addition, the firm provides daily reports to a large audience of trading houses, utilities and producers. Thierry has over 20 years’ experience in the energy sector. Prior to founding Cadogan Commodities, Thierry held origination and M&A roles at EDF Trading, EDF and Credit Agricole.

Guy is Director of Natural Gas and LNG at Vattenfall. He has been in his current role since 2016 where he is responsible for Vattenfall's Gas activities both customer and speculative portfolios across the value chain.

Sead is a Managing Partner at STX Group, a leading environmental commodity trader, where he built and currently leads our global renewable gasses trading activity spanning Biomethane, Bio-LNG, Biogenic CO2 and Hydrogen. Prior to this, Sead was responsible for STXs trading activity in UK and Scandinavia and currently still manages STXs offices in Goteborg and London. Sead has broad experience around trading renewable gasses, renewable power and carbon markets and is passionate about bringing renewable energy projects to life.
Prior to STX, Sead worked in private banking, and he holds dual MSc degrees in Financial Management and Industrial and Financial Management from the University of Gothenburg (Sweden).

Tom has 20+ years of international experience in climate action. He is EDF Trading’s Head of Environmental Products, responsible for the trading of different environmental attribute certificates, such as carbon credits, renewable energy certificates, biomethane certificates, and nuclear guarantees of origin. He is based in London.
Prior to this, he spent close to a decade with carbon industry leader South Pole, first as Global Director Marketing and then establishing the company’s Australian operations. Tom has worked across the whole carbon value chain, generating supply via the development of new carbon and biodiversity projects in the Australian land sector, as well as selling carbon credits, renewable energy certificates and advising corporate clients on their climate strategy. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

Honey has 15+ years’ professional experience, predominantly in the energy sector. She joined Vattenfall in 2019 and is currently Director of Commodity Origination based in Hamburg, covering gas, power, and environmental products.
Prior to joining Vattenfall, Honey held technical and commercial roles in the LNG and steel industries at Shell Global Solutions, E.ON Ruhrgas, RWE Supply & Trading and ThyssenKrupp. She holds a degree in Physics from the University of Cambridge.
