Guy is Director of Natural Gas and LNG at Vattenfall. He has been in his current role since 2016 where he is responsible for Vattenfall's Gas activities both customer and speculative portfolios across the value chain.

Hayn has been investing in commodity markets for nearly 20 years, spanning multiple commodities and asset classes. His main focus is energy markets, both financial trading and physical assets. He has worked as a trader and portfolio manager, building out commodity trading desks and leading energy asset deals at hedge fund DE Shaw, energy merchant Castleton Commodities, and most recently at DRW Trading. Hayn’s interests include: the role of power markets in a global landscape; changing relationships across commodities driven by energy transition; and the leveraging of technology in commodity trading. Hayn holds a Ph.D. in physics from Columbia University, and a B.A. in physics from Harvard University. He has studied and worked in South Korea, USA, Latin America, Russia, and Europe. He speaks fluent English, Spanish, Korean, and French. He currently resides in London.

Patrick Barouki is a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley, based in London. He is responsible for Gas, LNG, Power, and Emissions trading in EMEA and Asia as well as Voluntary offsets with teams across London, Paris and Singapore.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Patrick held various senior trading positions in the industry: he was the Head of Gas trading and Origination at Uniper where he restructured the global gas trading team across Europe, Asia and North America.
He has also spent several years as the Managing Director for gas and power trading at Barclays and at Morgan Stanley, where he built the European gas trading business and was instrumental in developing the physical LNG Trading. Prior to this, Patrick developed the continental Europe trading for Shell in London and was the Head of European Gas Trading at Enron Europe.

Dr. Harry Huang has over 30 years experience in the European energy market. As Managing Director Gas Trading at Uniper Global Commodities, Dr Harry Huang leads a team of traders and analysts to trade and manage Uniper's global gas price exposure in all liquid traded markets across Europe, North America and Asia. Prior to joining Uniper in early 2022, Dr. Huang was Head of Gas, Power & Derivatives Trading at PetroChina International London Ltd for 8 years. He had also worked and held various positions previously with Statoil (Equinor), TXU Europe Energy Trading and National Power Plc.
