After a transfer across from Radiography to Management, Cathy held senior positions in diverse industries, including the medical, hospitality, international major events, and Executive mentoring industries. Cathy has held a range of Board positions including for Barwon Water, and the Geelong Performing Arts Centre Trust, and has chaired several Government committees for both State and Federal Government. Cathy has held a number of leadership roles for community organisations, including as Geelong Chamber of Commerce President, Rotary International District Governor, and chairmanship/membership of numerous other community, national, and international committees especially through Rotary International. Amongst other national and international activities, Cathy established a leadership program across the ANZO region, and in 2016, Cathy founded PALZ – Professionals with Alzheimer’s and related Diseases. Cathy has been the first female to hold several of her leadership roles, and has received many business, Rotary, and community recognitions including the Medal of the Order of Australia for services to the Geelong community. Cathy holds, amongst others qualifications, a Degree in Business from Swinburne University, and a Master’s Degree in Leadership from Deakin University.
