Corinne Cheeseman

Corinne Cheeseman is the CEO of the Australian Water Association, Australia's largest water network of professionals and practitioners who manage our most precious resource - water. AWA provides a platform where companies and individuals -share, connect and inspire to drive towards a sustainable water future.
Corinne has a science background including a Masters in Environmental Management, she an experienced executive leader and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Corinne has spent most of her 25 year career working in the water industry at Sydney Water in various roles such as environmental management, water quality, community education, asset planning and management, and data and analytics.
Prior to joining AWA Corinne spent a few years as a Data Strategy Consultant at PwC where she worked with clients to develop data strategies and capabilities in the energy, mining, financial services, government and not-for-profit sectors.
Corinne enjoys working across disciplines and sectors in Australia and overseas in areas that have a positive impact to sustainable resource management.
