Kahil Lloyd
Acting Deputy Director-General for Hydrogen at Department of Energy and Public Works (QLD)
Kahil Lloyd is the Acting Deputy Director-General of Hydrogen and Future Fuels division in the Department of Energy and Public Works. Kahil has a background in energy, resources, industry development and environmental policy, working in this space over the last decade. Kahil was previously the Executive Director of the Hydrogen and Future Fuels division from June 2022. Prior to leading the division, Kahil was a Reform and Policy Director in the Department of Resources and led the development of the Queensland Resources Industry Development Plan. Kahil also previously worked in the Department of the Premier and Cabinet and the Queensland Department of Environment and Science. Kahil has a Bachelor of Laws (Hons), Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and a Graduate Certificate in Environment.
