Natalie Pelham

Natalie Pelham is currently the CEO & Chief Investigator of the Office of Transport Safety Investigations, an independent statutory authority that contributes to the safe operation of passenger transport and rail freight services in NSW by initiating and directing investigations into accidents, safety related incidents and system-wide transport safety risks. The purpose of which is to ‘shine a light’ on what happened, why it happened and how might it be prevented into the future. Natalie is a senior leader with over 20 years’ experience in the public sector leading significant policy, strategy and reform at the state and national levels: in the design, delivery and review of governance, policy and regulatory frameworks and reform.
