Edwin has over 20 years’ experience in digital strategy, digital transformation, user experience design, advanced analytics and artificial intelligence in financial institutions. In his current role as Head of Strategy & Innovation for ABN AMRO he is focussing on accelerating and scaling innovation, putting much emphasis on distributed ledger and AI. Before ABN AMRO, Edwin worked close to 3 years at IPsoft as the global CEO of its Artificial Intelligence platform Amelia and before that for 16 years at McKinsey & Company, where he was one of the founding partners of Digital McKinsey. Edwin is a visionary leader, who makes things happen. Edwin is passionate about leveraging new technologies to increase joy and ease in life, while aiming to reduce digital divide across the globe.
