Christian Baer has been Secretary General at Europex since 2015. Prior to this he was Advisor for Political Communications at the European Energy Exchange AG.

Guy is Director of Natural Gas and LNG at Vattenfall. He has been in his current role since 2016 where he is responsible for Vattenfall's Gas activities both customer and speculative portfolios across the value chain.

Matt Drinkwater is manager for gas and power analysis at Argus Media. He has 15 years’ experience analyzing the gas and LNG markets at Argus, and before that worked on biofuels at New Energy Finance and on Middle East trade and investment for Noozz.com

After completing his law studies, Sebastian Kemper (born 1980) began his career in the energy industry in 2010.He started his professional career at E.ON Ruhrgas AG. There he worked in the energy law team before joining former market area manager GASPOOL in 2012, where he began as Head of Legal and Regulatory Affairs. From January 2018 to May 2021 he was Managing Director of GASPOOL Balancing Services GmbH. Since June 2021 he is Managing Director at the German market area manager for gas – Trading Hub Europe.

Jens Hartmann is the CEO and co-founder of Enmacc, Europe's leading market venue for the OTC trading of energy and environmental commodities. Built by traders, for traders, Enmacc digitises the energy trading process to provide superior liquidity and trading experience to market participants. Before co-founding Enmacc, Jens worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company and held senior positions at Deutsche Telekom. He is a trained economist and holds an Economics degree from the University of Freiburg.
