Naomi R. Sanghavee is the Global Head of CB eCommerce Solutions at J.P. Morgan and leads a team of Payments Business Development executives across the globe. Her team provides holistic payments solutions for eCommerce, tech and fintech clients. She is also a co-leader for various war rooms focusing on the client experience, risks and solutions in the eCommerce and tech space.

Before stepping into her current role, Naomi held other positions with the bank, including CB West Banking Lead for the Multinational Corporations Team and CIB FX Marketer on the CDMC team in New York.

Known for her leadership and support of DE&I initiatives in the workplace, Naomi advocates for diversity in recruitment, and of thought, as she is a passionate mentor for colleagues working in Payments, throughout different lines of business including Analysts and Associates, and some of the bank's business resource groups: Women on the Move and ASPIRE (Asians and Pacific Islanders Reaching for Excellence).

Naomi has a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Marketing from the University of South Carolina. She is a proud product of immigrant parents and a mother to an energetic 6-year-old boy. Outside the office, she is an avid traveller and lives with her family in Los Angeles, CA.
