A Johnson & Wales graduate with a Food Science Degree, Chef Cotter has worked in the food and beverage industry for over 7 years. She aims to help new, healthy, sustainable foods enter the market.

Chef Levatino Harris is most commonly recognised from his Food Network debut, as a competitor on “Cutthroat Kitchen.” Since becoming a Food Network star, he's also been seen on Family Food Showdown and Supermarket Stakeout. Chef Harris has also appeared on Windy City Live, WVON1690, iHeartRadio, and many other outlets to discuss his culinary experiences while giving recipes and cooking advice. He has recently worked with the Chicago police department, “Kids Cooking With Cops” program and had the privilege of preparing meals for the likes of the mayor and the city council of Chicago.
