Dale Noseworthy

Dale Noseworthy is the Chief Financial Officer at Killam Apartment REIT. Killam is a publicly traded real estate investment trust owning, managing and developing a $5.3 billion portfolio of apartments, manufactured home communities and commercial properties across Canada. Dale joined Killam in 2006, and prior to her appointment to CFO in 2017, held the role of Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Planning. Dale has over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, investor relations, strategy, risk management and corporate communications. Prior to joining Killam, she worked as an equity research analyst at Beacon Securities. Dale holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mount Allison University, is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a CFA charterholder.
