Holger Liebig

Holger Liebig is an Executive Director, Partnership Center of Excellence at Parexel. In his role, Holger creates infrastructure and intellectual property to support Parexel’s Strategic Partnerships. He is an active member of the core partnership teams including involvement in both internal and external governance, KPI definition, change management and process alignment.

Holger is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 33 years of industry experience. He worked on Phase I-III clinical research in various positions. This included line-management of geographically disparate project management groups and various roles with accountability for operational processes and systems. Holger is also responsible for the general management of Belgium as a country within Parexel.
