Joe Briggs

Joe Briggs is the Founder of Briggs Capital Formation, a fund advisory business that supports funds with fundraising execution and investor servicing across a range of investor-critical functions, including fund documentation, communications, investor relations and ESG. His business offers a dedicated additional fund resource and expertise that is not always accessible or viable for a lot of fund managers, in particular smaller and emerging managers.

Joe started his career as a funds lawyer at SJ Berwin and Clifford Chance before moving to the private funds group at Houlihan Lokey. He holds a BA (Hons) in History with Economics from the University of York. He is a qualified solicitor and he has also completed the CFA Level 4 Certificate in ESG Investing.
