Aislinn Bakker
Portfolio Manager, Development Finance at Allianz Global Investors
Aislinn Bakker is a portfolio manager for the Allianz Global Investors’ Development Finance strategy, managing over $2bn of commitments. Aislinn joined AllianzGI in 2022 to help grow AllianzGI’s investment strategies in Emerging Markets (EM) and has since focused on the expansion of the Credit-Enhanced EM investment strategy.
Prior to joining AllianzGI, Aislinn worked at Whitehelm Capital focusing on high-yield infrastructure debt investment in OECD countries. Before that, Aislinn held several roles within the Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory division of Citigroup including: Project and Infrastructure Finance at Citi Mexico, and Debt Capital Markets and M&A covering the Power, Infrastructure and Utilities Sectors at Citi Australia.
Aislinn holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney.
