Rainier has over two decades of HR leadership experience in the Middle East, Africa, and Indian regions having successfully partnered with Regional CEOs, VPs, and Country GMs of matrix organizations in developing and executing plans to support profitable business growth and transforming an inspired workforce. Earlier in his career, Rainier was a university professor before becoming a corporate trainer. He has led projects such as frontline leadership and sales academies, mentoring culture, and future leader programs. His experience in the corporate world taught him that the odds of an employee’s success or failure largely depend on the environment a manager creates thus investing in leadership development is imperative.
