Matthew leads the Workforce of the Future program at Community Services Industry Alliance. He led the five-year WorkAbility Queensland consortium to develop the NDIS workforce in Queensland and the longitudinal research Strengthening Queensland’s NDIS Workforce. Matthew is a member of the NDIS Workforce Industry Reference Group, the Queensland Workforce Strategy Roundtable and a Director of the Community Services Industry (Portable Long Service Leave) Authority Board.

She ensures her team provides prompt efficient payments to providers, as well as she has a passion to provide network opportunities to NDIS Providers together with consultancy services for business growth and development in the NDIS space.

Pauline is also a mum of a person with a disability and brings to the table, her knowledge of business broadly, as well as her vast experience of NDIS in both business and personally.
